Hello, Charlie looks a lovely character and I know it must be hard for you, but you stand a very good chance of retrieving your dog since he has a double chip! Just spoken to Charlie's owner .Charlie disappeared from his front garden in the Wembley Park area. Owner has been postering but has heard nothing so will now poster further afield , also has informed Battersea & vets. Have advised about ringing groomers & other rescues in the area.
