This is the first opportunity I've had to post this today but my dad was out with our dogs earlier on today down the burn and seen a small tan and white dog looking very skinny and frightened with a badly damaged back leg, he could not catch it thought because he had our dogs with him and it wouldn't come to him. We rang the RSPCA who said they could not do anything today as it is Bank Holiday unless we caught it, we went back out looking for it but could not find it anywhere, hopefully it makes its way back home, this is the best photo my dad On Hannah McCaffery facebook page x

SIGHTING

Has anyone from around calf close/hedworth lost a puppy. Couldn’t quite make out breed but the small puppy was walking through the railway bridge towards Hedworth from near the greyhound about 5 mins ago. Seemed to get a fright going threw the bridge and ran off.

Small tan and white terrier type dog spotted running around West Park Road/Ravensworth Terrace area South Shields, ran into West Park allotments and disappeared, has already been in the West Park I think. Looked lost, hoping owners in allotment. Ive put on here just incase anyone is looking for it. Confirmed Ira seen at 3.30pm

Yes it was me I saw the dog twice and I went outside twice to try and get her but she ran off. Last time I saw her she went into the west park allotments. I knew she was lost poor thing. Think I'll text that number to let owner know.
