- I used to live in Greenhithe and a couple of dogs went missing during that time and were both found. One took a little longer than the other. Get a poster to the Swanscombe Veterinary Surgery and the Mead Road Practice (off Princes Road, Dartford). Contact Battersea at Brands Hatch and Davanden Kennels in Cotton Lane, Stone (they are a boarding kennels and cattery but on one of the occasions that I took my cats there, they had a German Shepherd that had been found wandering in the area and they looked after him until the owner was traced). Also, I always found the local pubs - The Bull, The Welcome All, The Lads of the Village and The Welsh Harp, the two pubs in Greenhithe Village itself and the ones along the London Road towards Dartford, Swanscombe and Northfleet - very amenable to putting posters up, as well as the Royal British Legion Club in London Road, the chip shop in Hedge Place Road and the pet shop next to it. Also don't forget Saxon Park and Worcester Park and the notice boards at Horns Cross and Stone Village. I hope you find her soon.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
