Why do these people get the dogs in the first place if they can not fulfill the life of the dog, easy come I suppose, well may be the owner done this dog a favor so now he can get a better and more loving home I wish you all the luck in getting the special home boy. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

More like couldnt be bothered anymore!! If his owner really cared about him and couldnt look after him anymore than the least he should have done is hand him over to a rescue. Poor baby xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Poor Tzar, how can people let their dog's go, I know I couldn't. Good luck in finding a new home boy and well done the Dog warden for the detective work. At least he's safe now. D Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Tzar's owner has been traced and contacted by the dog warden, but feels unable to take his dog back. So Tzar is now looking for a new home. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
