I have just caught up with the owner & it seems whoever had him, popped him back in the house this morning. Owner had been down to have a quick look & see if he was around, went back to bed & left door unlocked, they heard a noise, went downstairs & he was in the house :) He is cuddled up in his bed now after having something to eat & drink & is well.

It seems Patch snuck out of house as owners were going out & wasn't noticed.
They came back after being out for a few hours & it was discovered he was missing.
A neighbour said he saw him about 5pm 'playing' at the side of owners house. It could be someone was out of sight, s owner states he is timid & won't play.
He has had n operation on discs in his back, so unable to walk very well/far & URGENTLY NEEDS MEDICATION
