Rachael If you can not get to the areas cos it is someones land go and ask permission to get on there. Is she a greedy dog, take some strong smelling food or something she would like to eat. She may be stuck somewhere so you may have to climb over things to have a look.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Could she be stuck in a rabbit hole? Is it a quiet area normally, if noisey it might be worth going late in the evening when it is quieter? x good luck xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Where he has gone missing from is sort of in the middle of nowhere, it is very close to Lullingstone Golf Course so please if you know any golfers and / or walkers that go there can you let them know. Also, a lot of horses are ridden around there and they have horses themselves, sure all the local stables will have been told already. Hopefully Gizmo will be home soon.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

So sorry to hear that Gizmo is missing. Start off with getting as many posters up as possible. Use the plastic pockets available ffrom places like WH Smiths and supermarkets and place the posters in so that the opening is at the bottom as this will help to protect them from the weather. Call all local vets (use the any-vet.co.uk link on the left hand side of the screen below Dolly's Directive link). Ask local shops, takeaways, schools, post office sorting offices and pubs to display a poster. Unfortunately, many dogs are traded on via pubs. Visit them at lunchtime and early evening when they tend to be less busy. Ask the manager to display a poster. When Barnaby, the now reunited Rottie went missing from Tatsfield, all the local pubs were most helpful and obliging. Visit local cab offices and ask them to display a poster. Also make sure you visit local stables. Put posters of Gizmo in your car windows and ask family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues to do the same. Make sure that Gizmo is the hottest boy in town.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
