- Sorry Lisa, only just seen your comments. My Husband spotted a tabby yesterday but we have no idea whether it might be local. I don’t want to raise your hopes unnecessarily. We’ll keep looking & try to photograph any we see. Does she have any distinguishing marks?

- If the sighted cat is Cookie (Unless a look-a-like cat), then someone is feeding him. Paws xd for you.

- It was the block which goes back from nos. 51-54 (which are on Commonside Road). I nearly got a photo but couldn’t move quickly enough to grab my phone without waking our dog who was fast asleep about 5ft from the window! If I see her again I’ll try to get a picture.Last edited: 2018-09-16 22:15:04 by BordercollieX

- Ask friends, and neighbours to share as well as DL. Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. Ask around, especially those with young children, as they can be very observant. Also hand out posters to the general public, where, and when you can. I would also put her UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, along with your scent too. Leave in the garden in a sheltered spot, or hang on the washing line if dry; used towels too. And wipe her scent on garden fences leading up to the garden. Just because you don`t see a cat doesn`t ,mean they aren`t around. I have been in contact with a cat owner. whose cat had been missing for THREE MONTHS, he was found only ten minutes away from his home by the owners brother. A woman had been feeding him fresh chicken every day. Consider posting a LOST CAT ad in a National newspaper, in case she has climbed into a vehicle, which isn`t uncommon for cats to do. Presume outbuildings checked THOROUGHLY at the time she went missing? Paws xd.

- There was a large Tabby looking not unlike Cookie peering into our French doors on Thursday. Lots of cats around here so may just have been a local one but might be worth searching around the Spruce Hill area. Hope she’s soon home x
