I'm so sorry it was not DOBY but we will keep our eyes open for him, Owners poster like mad everywhere all you need is one sighting it is not always the case they are pick up but just keep rooming. ask everyone you see and put small posters out.

I bow to the owners of Doby, they called me at 8.30am, I sent them more pics and by 9.10am they were in the car on their way to kennels. Im truly sorry it wasnt him. COME ON DOBY, SHOW YOURSELF FELLA WE ARE ALL LOOKING FOR YOU!

Hope the dog found is this beautiful lad. Seems to be a spate of GSD going missing. Funny really because they are normally so attached to their owners. Just hope the breed is not being targeted by thieves.

Owner has looked at the pics of the found GSD (B69) 29th April. They think it may be Doby. They are making their way down to kennels today to check. Fingers crossed everyone. Thanks Doglady for alerting owner to the found dog.

I live in Fallowfield and have been keeping my eye out for Doby while on my travels. Hope you have some good news very soon.

Hi Yasmin - ask your bin men, milk man, window cleaner, post man etc to take a poster off you as they will know the local area and cover it daily/weekly so if they have any sightings at least they will have a poster with your phone number to be able to contact you. Good luck with the search x

thank you for everyone whos supporting us.Thank you for the lovely posters.We already printed them out , we really appreciate everyones help thats make us strong.We visited all the dogs home twice a day, put his poster at all the locals shops, post offices, ask almost everybody we came across, check all the parks around Burnage.My husband drove withing 10 miles radius twice a day ans ask everybody and left posters.But it is the fourth day today and no single sight of our Doby, we are worried for his safety, hope nothing bad happened to our little boy. We will informe you if we have any good news tomorrow. Thank you....

hi, we still didnt find our Doby. Its getting really hard now, we losing hope and we miss him a lot and every time someone knock on the door we think its Doby. Its heart breaking every time. My children are so sad since he went missing. Hope we ll find him soon. .....message from owner.

Would be a great help if we knew what part of Burnage Doby went missing. Helpers need this information to help with postering. Put posters in local shops, supermarkets, pubs, clubs, garages, Vets etc. Owner should also contact Manchester City Council, Dog Warden Service, P.O. Box 204, Pink Bank Lane, Manchester, M12 5WL. Ask all the children roundabout if they've seen him/ to keep a lookout. They are mines of information. Whereabouts in Burnage? Plaster posters all over the shops, lamposts, everywhere you can think of. Good luck and hope he's back very very soon.

Oh what a lovely boy I will put this on BIGGSD, owner poster like mad and also check out you neighbours to see if she as wounded into there gardens, get in touch with your dog warden and in other areas also check out where you walked him he may have took himself for a walk. I do hope he is home soon.

Received a mobile phone picture. Briefly spoken to owner, his name is Doby and he went missing last night in Burnage, Nr Withington, Manchester. Have explained to owner how to register and stressed the importance of getting the posters out a.s.a.p. Owner to print posters 'View Poster' underneath Doby's picture (once on site).
