Millys Mum
Made my day too - just love our oldies! She looks absolutely adorable and such a beautiful piccie of Jess snoozing with Tilly, her tabby companion (just looking at it makes my eyes leak!). What was such an elderly girl doing 15 miles from home? Could she have managed that 'under her own steam'? Please, PLEASE make sure that this very precious girl carries ID in future. Finally a huge THANK YOU & WELL DONE to cassonjm, Jess's finder and to the kennels who provided TLC and B&B (also including anyone else who helped with the search)!!! Welcome home sweetie!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Just in case you have missed any vets in the surrounding area Select the 'Find any UK vet' logo left hand side of page, try and get an email address so you can send them a poster and ask if they will display it. Good luck. Jan xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

The cat in the pic Jess brought up from a new kitten, and they are inseparable .!!!!! Till now I have put these posters around home, we live in the country so they are at crossroads where cars have to slow and stop. Have put flyers through all the houses on those roads and spoken to farmers who know the dogs. Have given one to the post lady, the library van driver and my dustbin men. Have put a card up in Asda 4 miles away Booths 1 mile away Spar shop 2 miles away. Have rung all the vets in Lancaster and am in the process of getting posters to them, Have put posters up in pet shops 1 mile from me and further afield. Am going to send posters out to the schools in Lancaster asking if they will kindly put them up. And ob l have enquired at all the rescue centers around, inc dog warden. I need all the help l can get, and your helpers are just what l need? Thank you so much for offering this service to us. Sue ........e mail from owner. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
