Tania, I noticed this yesterday on DL's reunited pages but didn't have time to post a message. Just wanted to say how happy I am for you and your family that Kyza is back home, safe and sound. It must have been such a worrying time, especially in your present 'condition'. Just one small request (when you have a moment, that is!), could this very precious and extremely handsome boy have a nice, new, shiny ID tag on his collar to compliment his chip? Welcome home Kyza and enjoy all the extra fuss!!!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Strongly worded letter to Police and DW, AND copy it to your MP and to your local District or Town Councillor. Emphasise the value of your *pedigree* dog too!! - and the emotional toll on your kids. The authorities have to start serving the public who pay their wages!! So pleased he's back thanks to the Great British Public!Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

That is absolutley fantastic!! Im soooo happy for you!! As for the police not connecting your report with the found report unfortunatley that happens all to often, surprised at the dog warden though. Maybe a strongly worded letter of complaint could help! Welcome home Kyza xxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hi, I live in Bury, I'll put some posters up in my area for you, I'm Elton. Which part of Bury are you? I'm going to Burrs either tomorrow or Sunday I'll poster there too if you haven't already done so. I'll keep my eye out for him as I walk a lot in the local area , you must be frantic.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hi Tania, try an ad in the Bury Times lost and found. It worked for us in the local paper when our two boxers were stolen. See Cassie reunited 20/02/2008. A girl rang us after being offered our two girls for sale and it led to us getting them home. We offered a reward but this girl would have contacted us anyway, being a dog owner herself. Someone will spot him if you poster and advertise, he's very distinctive. Good luck in your search for Kyza, he looks a beautiful boy and I know exactly how you are feeling. Hope he's home soon, Cath Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

What a lovely looking boy. Really hoping that he is home in plenty of time to meet to the new addition to your family. The key to getting him back is poster poster, maybe pubs etc would be a good idea because who ever took him may try and sell him on. Wishing you lots of luck with your search xxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

hi everyone, please help us in our search for kyza. we have had him for 5 and half years and i have three children who are missing him like mad. i am pregnant due in 2 weeks so really dont need this extra stress :( i just cant believe someone could blatantly take him in broad day light from my back yard :-( his distinguishing feature is a couple of years ago his nose got sunburnt so its never wet not its all chaffed! bless him! i just hope who ever has him develops a consience and brings him back, or he manages to escape and gets picked up so he can be scanned and his chip found. thanks for all your help, and hope anyone else in the same situation has some luck too in beng reunited. tania xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Hi. I have just received Kyza's poster. Unfortunately I am involved in the hunt for Freddie in WF4 as she is my mum's dog and so am unable to offer any real help. I'm rather a way from Bury anyhow but I will keep a check on this page and should he be spotted nearer to me I will certainly help to put up posters. In the meantime, you never know where someone may have taken him so I'll watch out in my area - about 17 miles away. All the best luck in the world. Penny. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
