just had phone call from someone who thinks nobbie in in rspca kennels leicester cant get through on the phone but thought they would give me a call if it was him as he was registered there when he first went missing neverless i will go over and take a look myself fingers crossed

have you tried 'petsearch', when my dog went missing 3 weeks ago from the farm(deffo picked up by passing car)someone on here suggested my local petsearch, through them l found Jess 15 miles away!!! she wasn't chipped or tagged...good luck.try 01524823013/01524822518 they will be able to give you a local number or email address.Good Luck...come on Nobbie...

Just seen this, worth following up, no photo of dog Subject: white and tan jack rusell Pet Type: Dog Date Listed: May 1, 2008 Area Found: sibbertoft Leicestershire this lovely dog was found wandering in the country in no mans land wet and cold and hungry after a bath and feed looks a different dog it is still traumatised it seems house trained and must of been with a family at one point i have two westies so cant keep it for long so im desperate to find the owner if not a good home for it http://www.nationalpetregister.org/fp/1099.htm Contact is by email to finder onsite

thanks for your advice jules i have a friend who is the local licencing officer in hbbc who also knows and loves nobbie ive emailed him his poster which in turn he will email it around hbbc again many thanks jules everyones advice is greatly welcome

hi have you tried putting posters in the pdsa in leicester or local vets. also maybe contact hinckley and bosworth borough council , my friend is a bin man and often sees lots of dogs on his rounds , maybe see if you could get some posters to them they could keep an eye out . he said he would look i have given him a poster .
