- I live on the edge of footscray meadows. I am a microchipper, and was very recently involed in a reunion of a border terrier bitch to her owner, as she was bought to me to be chipped by someone that bought her. - Another young bitch? Goodness this really is getting serious isn't it. What on earth is going on - do Bulldog owners have to 'alarm' their animals to prevent them from being taken?
