- This beautiful girl was reunited yesterday.
The council was a nightmare and wouldn't take into consideration that this owner was disabled and couldn't afford to pay the fees. One of our DogLost volunteers took it upon herself to pay for her to be returned and was to set up a payment plan with the owner.
