There is a very heartbroken young child who is missing Penny very badly please share. Further information from Penny's FB page "Yesterday 12th October a man was seen to pick a dog matching Penny's description up after a car nearly hit her and put her in a Dyno Rod van.

He is described as heavily tattooed. White male
Average height and weight
Tattoos down both arms
Wearing a dark cap

This was on Blacksmiths Lane near Okemore Gardens at approximately 4pm.

Was this you. Did you see anything.
