We almost got her last night after a phone call saying she was in a childrens play area, but she ran off again before we could get close enough for her to recognise us. Another phone call at 6.30am said she was round the Prologis warehousing estate on the A45 at Wellingborough at about 3.00am. While following that up by searching the general area, the gatehouse man at Whitworths Flour said a driver had seen her in thier yard about an hour earlier and allowed us into a secure area to search (many thanks to him for that). She was still in the yard and the yard hands flushed her in our direction. A happy ending this time. She is very dirty but seems otherwise OK. Thanks to all at Dogslost for keeping a watch...e mail from owner. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

I'm sure she will be found soon. If it takes a lttle longer here is a link to a list of Westies which found their way to UK based rescues. Worth checking about once a week especially for lost dogs who aren't chipped. http://allbreedsrescue.googlepages.com/breeds24Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

Only four years old, since it is so recent I am sure Lucy will be found safe and well. She has probably gone off for a sniff about and got lost. Here is a doggie quote to cheer you up a bit ................ The dog has been esteemed and loved by all the people on earth and he/she has deserved this affection for he/she renders services that have made him/her man & woman's best friend and there is no doubt that's how most people feel about our canine friends! I hope you are reunited soon, and perhaps she will be home before you have time to put up her photo. Chin up now! Love, Yve. xx**********xx**********xx**********xx**********xx**********xx Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
