Owner locate as soon as posters went up. The owner grateful as dog is chipped since had him a puppy. Scanned by 3 different scanners to check... so must be a faulty chip. Lift given to local vets to re do chip as this dog travels the country and abroad in his lorry with him.
A worry as been in and out the UK with a pet passport and at no time was dog scanned to check the chip to the passport!!
