And here is the news you have all been waiting for! We/You did it!!!!
Our little terrier was caught in the trap this evening in Yardley Gobion after being on the run for 53 days that we know of! She decided to settle for the last couple of weeks in Yardley and i must say, yardley locals you have been fantasic! A village full of genuine dog lovers! After her capture Carole alerted David from Dog Squad MK who drove straight to the locationand with the help from Carole and her husband Paul she was removed from the trap and placed in a crate in the car, she has been taken straight to the vets where she will stay for now and amazingly other than a flea and tick infestation she is in remarkably good health! No obvious signs of injury or sore paws or even malnourishment, she is the most sweetest little girl and has taken her capture remarkably well, she has shown no signs of aggression and was completely happy to be examined, we believe she is only 2 to 3 years of age, sadly she isn't microchipped so after her much needed rest and 7 days under the authorities she will have her sofa in rescue!! We will keep you all updated on her progress and her journey, thank you to each and everyone of you, thank you to Dog Squad MK David for his absolute commitment and dedication especially in this last couple of weeks, thanks also to his team, my team Wellingborough Dog Squad and to Canine Capture UK CIC - advice and support for escaped dogs for your support and advice ......sleep easy tonight....WE DID IT ❤

I believe a tracker dog but don’t know who went out today. Picked up scent and then it stopped I believe. Another friend of owner is going out tomorrow morning with her two working dogs to see if they can pick up on anything in addition. I’ve suggested a long rake and gloves to get into deeper hedges. Also to look for badger or fox holes just in case.

• If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
• Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
• A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (136246)
• Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
