Happy holidays.
The owners of Bailey were staying 2 pitches down on our campsite so we had to help .
Tiga and Yogi tracked for 9 hours today and just so pleased that Bailey is safe.
He travelled down a track we had tracked down and went to the cafe close to where the cars were parked.
Well done Bailey. Last edited: 2018-11-02 20:18:57 by Jenny & Tiga k9tracker

Please don't rule out any possibility, as said below dog do go missing there when they are unfamiliar with the territory. Often they turn up a few days later. Also, if taken Bailey could turn up anywhere. Please be aware everyone he could still be int he area or could be miles away by now.

Hi I am the daughter of BAileys owner we have searched all day and looked down rabbit holes , the coast guard has also searched and no sign so unlikely he has fallen down cliffs
Granny
Another resident of the area here. There are many rabbit warrens up there, and far too many steep cliff faces. It might be an idea to go up there when it's quiet and listen carefully in case he's stuck, but as with Ness I fear those cliffs.

As resident of TA8 area will share (twitter, FB, posters) this as far an wide as possible. I am incredibly sorry to hear if this news. Sadly dogs, do go missing here who are unfamiliar with area due to danger of dogs bolting chasing something and with the sheer drops off the edge. This I assume is ruled out?? Apologies for posting dreadful reality for the owners of Bailey. Every thought and sympathy are with the owners, sincerely.

Hi, I am the daughter of the woman who owns Bailey. They were walking whilst on holiday on the flat at Brean Down and looked around to Bailey (who was with six other dogs, my parent's friends dogs) and he was suddenly gone. They think he is stolen because the 6 dogs have not picked up his scent at all, which they normally would.

Changed to stolen now - was he picked up? Can we have more details?
Trueblue46
Yes he was on the Down, towards the fort end

Was he actually up on the Down when missing? Shared locally
