- If owner thinks Dele has been stolen, then surely they should inform, the police with their suspicions. Sometimes a person will take a fancy to someone`s cat, and will try to hide it. I have actually known it happen. However the cat in question was seen by the male owner, and the cat was returned. They were seen trying to hide it. Ask friends, and neighbours to share as well as DL. Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. Ask around, especially those with children, as they can be very observant. And may have seen something. Post a LOST CAT ad in a newspaper. Paws xd.
