Sorry to update late - I needed to be on a computer.
During the night a train driver had posted on our social media thread saying he had seen her on the track (he had also reported this to NR).
Once we had a better idea of location our Drone operator (who also knew the landover) quickly pin pointed the area.
Recovery of her body was then done by Network Rail.
Porridge will be very missed by her owners and their children, she was very much a family dog.

Porridge went missing from home which has its own grounds and there were searched last night and today. Her normal "route" where she runs with her owner have been covered and many outbuildings etc searched. Neighbours / near by farms have been contacted. Her usual "dog sitter" came over with dogs familiar to here and also searched the area. Advised to search as many boundary fences as possible in case she has got caught up (as no sightings at all). This area is close to the Wiltshire boundary so the owner will need to offically log missing tomorrow. I have suggested trying to get a thermal camera from local farmers/gamekeepers to continue searching tonight. There has been many FB shares from the owners page
