Tyson was stolen...and in the hands of people tht were neither friends nor family...this was not a civil matter regardless of what the police said....and as they didnt take seriously enough to issue a crn...why would they in fact investigate enough to be able to say he was safe...complaints were made to try to enforce them to act!!! Thankfully Tyson is now home...no thanks to any police investigation tho.

I have spoken to police today and they are aware of the situation and fact the Tyson was removed from an address- However the dog is safe and it is known where the dog is - therefore this is not a stolen dog but a civil dispute. Daniel needs to contact the officer who is dealing with this case to find out what course of action needs to be taken.
The number give to doglost is an incident number not a CRN and advised by police that until police issue a CRN the dog needs to remain as missing not stolen.
