- Scruffy Dog thx for clarifying. I think the FB problem is on my end bc I still can't see link. PoliceChester FB probably restricts viewing area. I'm in US but co-admin a UK based FB page

- I hope they aren't willing to pay the fine. These dogs need time to heal and experience some love. Makes me so angry and sad that the 'owners' will no doubt just 'acquire' two more dogs.

- They’re lurchers, apparently travellers dogs used for lamping who are aware of where they are. Just see if they’re willing to pay the fine to get them out.
