- Other Info Two years old and MICROCHIPPED. Owners house/car keys have been stolen from the house. BERT and another SHIH TZU that was BLIND went missing the same time, not sure if STOLEN or got out. The other dog has since been found 2 roads away. Please look out for BERT. If FOUND he should be reported to the Council Dog Warden (required by LAW)
