- Rascal has been found and returned home safe and well we would like to thank the PSNI fermangah and Strabane all the local newspapers far and wide for the efforts that they have went to to return rascal to his owner.. also a big thank you to the 1400 people that have shared the post friends family and strangers included. As a family we are truly blessed and lucky to have him returned home safe and sound and it wouldnt have been possible without the help of everyone that took the time to share and get his disappearance out there..
