- According to the owner, he was microchipped but she changed her phone number a few days before he went missing.

- UPDATE: Fluffy was found a while back by Cardiff Dogs Home, however the owner only found out at the start of January. By the time she'd contacted them he'd already been rehomed and they said there was nothing they could do! Best regards.
