Although I told the councils dog warden I had a home for Hope and was reassured that after 7 days in kennels she would be passed to me, she was passed to the RSPCA. Was told that she would be going to a medical centre and, if she recovered, she would be put up for adoption. This poor wee girl could have went to a good home but goodness knows where she is now! I notice the Dog Warden hasn't updated her notes.
