Newark and Sherwood District Council comment "Thank you for all the shares - unfortunately we do not have an update at the moment. He/she is currently at our holding kennels and will stay here for seven days starting from the day our dog warden collected it (Friday 4 January). After this time, if we cannot identify an owner through a microchip or no owner comes forward, the kennels will seek to rehome the dog. Victoria"

The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
