- Thanks Rosendale Animal Rescue. May be it would be a good idea for the owner to walk around the bb12 area, taking an object with his scent on, and rattle some Dreamies. And poster in the area, and post flyers through doors too. Someone may be feeding him, thinking he is a stray. When doing this the owner could use the same deodorant, they use on a day to day basis, as he will recognize the scent, and the owner is the one he trusts. I know someone who tried this, and it worked. Paws xd.

- Presume ALL outbuildings, including empty houses, and cellars, were checked THOROUGHLY at the time he went missing? As some cats will hide in, or behind an object within, especially if timid. Place his UNWASHED blanket into a clean container, along with your scent too. Leave in the garden in a sheltered spot, or hang on he washing line if dry; used towels too. wipe his scent on your garden fences, gates, doors too; anything leading up to the garden. Someone may be feeding him. (Common problem) Just because you can `t
see cat, doesn`t mean they aren`t around. Poster around the area, and post flyers through doors too. Ask around, especially those with children, as they can be very observant. Ask friends, and neighbours to share as well as DL. Poster in shops, post offices etc. Hand out as may posters as you can; where, and when you can. Consider posting a LOST CAT ad in a National newspaper, in case he has climbed into a vehicle, which isn`t uncommon for some cats to do. Paws xd. - 2019-01-06 19:38 Rossendale Responsible Animal Rescue
- A cat fitting this description was trapped by a warehouse man in padiham bb12 area over Christmas, as it had set the alarms off. He seemed see fit to release the cat in the ol13 area of Stacksteads. Despite searches we've been unable , at present to locate this cat.
