According to comments on the Mansfield stray dogs FB page this dog is called Bear and belonged to a homeless man who hasn’t been seen for a while. The dog is being put up for adoption so hopefully a happy ending for Bear.
Quote from their FB page “ PM ·
Unfortunately we haven't been able to reunite our lost dog, MDC/5034 with their owner. If you are interested in adopting this dog, please call the Dog Control Service today on 01623 463189 quoting the reference number. Thank you for your ongoing support”
