I think the usual dog warden for Lambeth is still on maternity leave so my advice would be to keep calling the dog warden and to contact Battersea with the reference they gave you when you reported to them and hook that up with this page. Also try dog wardens and vets further out.

I also think that the owner should call the Highways Dept within Lambeth Council to see if they’ve had any reports of an RTA of any dog within this busy area of traffic. Most Councils now have a system in place to record any such sad accidents. Maybe, something the dog warden can assist with!

Reggiemolliers its looks more like bottom end of Stockwell (SW9) but going into Brixton. Past Stockwell Primary School (if it’s still called that!).
