Could this be him? Sighting posted on Lost and Found Pets in Hampshire:

LOST DOG- Springer spaniel with thick neon collar spotted running across the roundabout near Lidl, Francis Avenue, ran into the road and then up towards Mcdonalds and Tesco, too fast to catch. Around 1.30 pm. Please share if in the Portsmouth area.
