- Gus is now safely reunited with his family.
Fantastic response from Christine at UAV Lost Dog Search and the local community helped to ensure Gus's safety.
The Messenger chat group worked really well.
Will update status to reunited on owners' behalf. - 2019-01-17 12:02 GeoffA - Area Volunteer - Cornwall, Scotland & Northumberland
- Gus has been found - appears to be OK but vets on standby. Owner waiting on transport as stuck wrong side of A30 with Gus.
EDIT: all now safely in helpers car :-)Last edited: 2019-01-17 12:40:09 by GeoffA - Area Volunteer - Cornwall, Scotland & Northumberland - 2019-01-17 10:48 GeoffA - Area Volunteer - Cornwall, Scotland & Northumberland

- I now understand he ran off from the A30 towards Fenny Bridges. The attached map link shows the area south & east of that point but it is possible he may have crossed the A30 and headed north. Owners have tried to contact the various farms on the map but without success. If anyone in the area is able to assist that would be great. Owners' contact details above.

- I am a member of the chat group offering best help I can from afar in the way of details for local vets, relevant Council Dog warden and local businesses. Owner was passing through the area when Gus slipped his harness during a wee break. Still had collar on when ran off. Owner is staying around area overnight to continue search.

- It has been noted that Gus has gone missing nearer to Fairmile which is EX11 and further west on the A30 but as alerts have gone to both EX11 and EX14 have left as EX14.
