We confirm that Fred was found yesterday and we are all completely devastated and absolutely distraught about what had happened to him. We can’t believe that we live amongst such cruel and sick people! Why didn’t you just let him come home? Thank you to everyone for your support and help in trying to find our baby

would there be any cctv in the area ?
