- hi lovely to see jim home and safe.I had the same problem with my dog slipping his collar so now i use a martingale collar-wide one especially for smalle heade dogs.it has worked really well it only tightens is the dog tries to back out of it.

- So pleased for you. Seems harsh but you should only be able to get 2 fingers between collar and neck. Happened to me too and other new owners. I say badly designed dog, thick neck and small head. Enjoy your boy and Jim you've got a sofa and a comfy life ahead of you. This has made my day.

- Oh my god! That's the best news to start the week with. Please make sure his collar is tight enough in the future.
A previous dog walker once lost one of my greyhounds because her collar was loose. Sadly unlike you i never saw her again. So glad your boy is back - 2019-02-11 12:12 Joel Gatehouse

- With a bit of luck Jim might slip his collar again if he's wearing one.

- @mandsk He was wearing the coat. CCTV was a little blurry but I think not the muzzle.

- Joel. Was he still wearing the muzzle and coat when he arrived at blue cross Victoria?

- Hello, Jim’s owner Joel here. I’m waiting for the police to call. Once they have I’ll update. He was indeed sighted in blue cross Victoria with someone claiming to have bought him from someone in a park. The police are investigating. How can I get alerts to go further to sw1?
- 2019-02-10 19:16 reggiemollieros
- Can alerts go out to SW1 and surrounding postcodes please as Blue Cross is in SW1. Thank you.

- Post on Facebook says a man found him and took him to Blue Cross Victoria and asked for money when mine was offered he ran off with Jim. Owner needs to email crime reference to Doglost so they can mark as Stolen.
