A little update:

Today fisherman have seen Benji around Three Lake Country Park. Dog was friendly and were sniffing for a food. That happened around 11:15 and then again around 12:30. Fisherman didn't know he is missing.
We also have taken bed sheets and created a place for him to sleep/stay with small food supply. Posters are everywhere around that area.
