- The thought of losing my dog fills the pit of my stomach with sadness and I hope she falls asleep for ever when it’s her time, but a beautiful dog in full flight after a hare leaving the earth as it’s her time, whilst tragic, is somewhat comforting that she was perhaps at her happiest. Rest easy.
