TAKE OUT THE CHAMPAGNE! There's much celebration to do! our little lost girl Cosette is now safe! we don't know yet too many details about it, but it was our lovely boy Neo, the mate she was fostered with, that draw her out. he came all the way from his new home and as soon as she must have felt something familiar and dear, she came out and she is now safe! enjoy the few pics we have so far, thank u so very much for all your support and to all the team involved in her search! they've been wonderful! aww, NEO, u are the hero of the day!

She's safe :)

She is safe!!! A huge thanks to everyone for their support. Special thanks to Carla Lanes for their proactive guidance, Laura for her special equipment and input, serbias forgotten paws for their advice and admin help, all the ppl who helped with poster printing and placing up locally, all the local ppl for reporting sivhtings abd especially shaw hall caravan park staff who allowed us to block off a road and cause some disruption at the crucial point in capture. Also thanks to hurlston hall staff for their help and freshfields for extra equipment. All at rescue me can not explain our gratitude and Debbie and Alex, her adopters are very very relieved! Sorry if i have forgotten to thank anyone but head is spinning.

Hi guys thank you for everyone's help. We have now hit a frustrating point where there is nothing we can do for next 24hours apart from send lots of good vibes! The cameras and trap have been set in an area that she has been using. We need everyone to stay away for the next 24hrs so we can let her come out and feel safe.... plus the area now stinks of fish in the traps 😂 trust me you don't want to go near them!!!

SUNDAY UPDATE! Another sighting this evening but again spooked and chased by someone meaning well! Tomorrow plan is to poster every pillar, lamppost, gate, door, bus stop...leaflet every house in the area so we can make sure EVERYONE knows not to approach her, CALL or try to catch.

Please can we ask everyone NOT to go walking or searching. I know this sounds counter-intuitive and can be frustrating, but it is absolutely crucial that she is now allowed to settle in the area she’s beginning to circulate, and not spooked any further.

Looks like we have a fantastic support system in place for little Cosette and the tracking team, thank you so much to everyone for all the help given and offered at a very tough time for all concerned.

If the group goes quiet at all it’s only because the team are busy behind the scenes so apologies if it looks like there’s no news - but as the saying goes, no news is good news! As soon as there’s any update or a need for any volunteers one of the team will post. Thank you once again for amazing support so far xxx

A good experienced team have this in hand but it’s absolutely crucial that Cosette is not disturbed at all over the coming evening and day(s).
