- Other Info Posting for a friend who spotted this dog. Deceased but she feels not in water for very long. She took a photo of the dog which I can supply but picture quality is poor. RSPCA and police both called and both refused to attend

The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
