Long shot I know, butvthis was posted14 hours ago, just in case it could be Bruno?

“Has anyone lost a large black or brown lab looking dog in EN2? Walking my dog and spotted him on the ridgeway running frantically. He approached my dog so must be friendly but quickly ran off I tried to follow him but lost him off Crofton way (unsure if he went down crofton way or carried on down the ridgeway) he was running in the road so I’m worried. Was wearing tags so must be a pet!”
BigGSDPatlucky
Well done Shelagh.
Fingers crossed.

Bruno has been sighted again today, still in the same area x

Bruno has a foreign microchip, this has now been registered with Petrac & a lost/stolen alert requested to be placed on his record, the possible leads SeliC has mentioned below have been reported to Essex Police, a crime reference number has been issued & Essex Police are investigating these. As there have also been local sightings reported, that tie in with where Bruno was likely to have headed then for now will leave Bruno's status as missing until it can be established if Bruno is still in the local area in these early days as the area is rural & vast. Posters are being put up & searches carried out, if anyone is able to help with these, please contact numbers on poster. Shelagh is also in contact with owner. Bruno also has a FB group www.facebook.com/groups/407796603117554 x
