- Well done to the vets, who at face value appear to have more integrity and good sense than the vets who scanned Marley (146359) this week.

- From Pepper's FB page " "Good Evening Everyone PEPPER IS HOME!!!!!
After more than 5 months of AGONY - the call finally came from WILLET HOUSE VETS IN FELTHAM!!!!!!!!!
A lady presented today with Pepper suffering from an abcess which is badly infected. THE WONDERFUL VETS SCANNED HER AND UP POPPED THE RED FLAG!!! and we got the call.
We were on the M25 BEFORE YOU COULD FINISH SAYING PEPPER!!
Pepper escaped the house on Sunday 24 March when there was a bit of commotion - small children and family and a visitor at the door. Minutes of her escaping the search was launched - BUT NO SIGN
Her group was set up and the serious business of spreading the word and trawling selling sites began - Danielle Cacciatore helped so much with posters - THANKYOU - then some amazing people Lyn, Gloria, Bev, Tracy, Tracy, Sindy, Lorraine, Denise, Gillian, Cynthia, Julie, Yvonne, Shirley,Vicki, Annamaria, Crissie, Libby, Denise, Maureen, Pat, Ann, Sandie, Karen, Karen, Lisa, Desiree, I am sure there are more and of course every single one of you that shared and cared, sent in ads, photos, found dogs, suggestions, words of encouragement - oh god ALL OF YOU AND MORE - SHARED, TRAWLED, HOPED, PRAYED AND SUPPORTED <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 thank you - KEEP DOING IT FOR OTHER MISSING BABIES THEY AND THE FAMILIES NEED EVER SINGLE THING YOU DO...... to give the hope and strength to do what they have to do.
We got a couple of tips - and got in touch with private investigators, though much was going on we didnt want to tip anyone off, and whilst we found the car seen in the area and got the name of the person driving we only managed to track them down to an area - WE HAD TO MAKE A DECISION AS we were getting no where - people were clamming up - and shares falling - so one night we went out and FLOODED 3 AREAS WITH POSTERS - so when everyone awoke - THEY WOULD FACE PEPPER - we THINK AT THIS STAGE PEPPER WAS SOLD and hard as we tried everything went cold.
Yesterday we were deciding whether to continue with postering and stake outs and LOW AND BEHOLD TODAY WE GOT THAT CALL!! THE ONE that would tell us, AFTER DAYS AND WEEKS OF NO SLEEP AND IDEAS AND HOPE AT LOW EBB - SHE WAS FOUND.
The lady had had Pepper for 2 months - bought from someone in Isleworth - due to GDPR they cannot tell us any more - but they said the lady broke down and cried when they told her she was flagged as STOLEN. The vets had to keep her and contact Yasmin.
THANK YOU TO THAT LADY for looking after Pepper - for taking her to the vet and sorry you are suffering but Pepper is now HOME with a family who love her. A family that have walked the streets late at night putting up posters, searched, questioned, staked out and cried so many tears - they are sorry you are now in pain but please BE HAPPY FOR PEPPER - <3
When we got to the vets, all was quiet till Yas spoke then it started BARK BARK BARK BARK - MAMMY AM HERE - ITS YOUR PEPPER!!! πΎπΎπΎπΎπΎπΎπΎπΎπΎπΎπππ
Pepper has had her fur cut, is quite thin, and has a septic abcess but is on antiobiotics and pain relief and will soon be back to her normal self.
She was very subdued all the way home. We stopped for a comfort break as the traffic was terrible and hot and stuffy in the car - Yas's elder daughter took the lead to take Pepper on to the grass BUT PEPPER WAS HAVING NONE OF IT - NO SIR - SHE WANTED HER MAMMY <3 <3 <3 and would not leave Yas's side.
As we entered SE18 Pepper got up at the car window and suddenly that little baby started wagging her tail, looking round - you could see it SHE TOO KNEW SHE WAS FINALLY HOME <3 <3 <3
