- Thanks Patlucky for your post. Sorry that Plato has lost weight, and has an abscess on his face. This could have been caused by fighting with another unneutered cat over a female cat who was in season. (Bacterial infection) Presume you are taking Plato to a vet, as the abscess will probably need treatment. Neutering doesn`t change a cats personality.
And you can get cats neutered for just a FIVE POUND if on a low income via a voucher from Cat Protection, and sometimes the price include microchipping. Neutering rocks!!!!! GET WELL SOON Plato xLast edited: 2019-05-04 08:22:11 - 2019-05-03 22:27 Patlucky
- Admin Plato is now back home.
Could you please put him in Blue.
He is a bit thin and has an abscess on his face.
He was handed in a vets.

- Fantastic news. Am so pleased that Plato is home. Stay close now Plato:-)xxx . The trouble is male cats that are intact can literally go miles seeking a mate. Neutering prevents cats spraying on furniture, fighting with other cats, crossing busy roads (Seeking mate) It also. prevents Feline Aids. But your cat; your choice. And neutered cats tend to stay more "Homebound" I would keep Plato indoors for about two weeks, or he may go awol again.x

- Welcome home Plato...coming from the area myself, he's done some walking! Perhaps if new to area, he became disoriented or hitched a lift. So pleased for his owners and a relief for them too. Happy reunion...well done to the Ardmore gang!Last edited: 2019-05-03 21:30:57 by Carolynl
