From Find Archie FB page:
"Today, 5 April 2021, marks the second anniversary of Archie’s disappearance on Greenan Shore. We cannot believe that so much time has now passed without him. Throughout the last two years we have regularly received messages of support from many people who are still very kindly keeping an eye open for him or for news of missing or stolen dogs being recovered. We want to thank you all very much for this continued support and kindness - it really has meant an awful lot to us all. We will never entirely give up hope of finding Archie and we will never stop wishing for his safe return to his family. I still see him every day as his picture remains the wallpaper on my phone, and I have no plans to change this. Thank you all so much, once again."Last edited: 2021-04-07 10:25:41 by GeoffA - Area Volunteer - Cornwall, Scotland & Northumberland - 2020-04-07 00:34 Sharon - Social Media Volunteer

- ARCHIE missing for a year 💔
Update on Archie’s FB page:-
Today marks one year since Archie was scared off at Greenan Shore on 5th April 2019. Sadly he has not yet come home to us and we have not been reunited. We have never given up hope and will continue to search. We are so grateful to all the people who searched tirelessly for Archie and to all those who still let us know that they are thinking of him and hoping for his safe return to his family. Thank you for still thinking of our wee boy and keeping an eye out - so long as you do there is still hope.

- Latest update from Archie's FB page (https://www.facebook.com/SearchforArchie/posts/469359806939169/)
"Our search for Archie continues, we had a potential sighting at the weekend and spent time combing the area, using food and scented items to draw him out and concurrently working our way through the gorse and buildings where he could be sheltering. We continue, with your help, to maintain public awareness and raise his profile in the event that he has gone further afield. We have two notable mentions here, Clare Balding for tweeting and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex for using Archie's name. We are very grateful for all of your help. This weekend we will be putting flyers through doors in the local area just in case he is lurking in a back garden, putting more posters up in Ayr with a particular focus in the areas of Greenan/ Seafield shore where we will be asking visitors who were there on 5 April if they could try to remember if they saw him that afternoon of 5 April between 4 and 6pm. Thank you for all your help and support. We keep looking!" - 2019-04-24 18:26 menaviana
