- After helpers have carried out more long walks around the Little Bredy, Long Bredy, Ashley Chase, Gorwell and Hardys Monument areas and spoken to several local people there is still no sign of Bridie.
It is possible she has been picked up and not reported or scanned or sadly may have had an accident on the day she went missing. Please continue to look out for her in the area, it is the not knowing which is so difficult for her owner. - 2019-04-29 21:14 Poochpal - Regional Co-ordinator - South West - Police Liaison Team
- The dog seen in Bridport is now confirmed to be a local dog so the search goes on for Bridie....

- After posting on a local group we were told of a similar dog seen in Bridport. This may be a local dog as it was being walked by a couple but we would like to rule this one out. It is possible that Bridie was picked up thinking she was a stray (rather than a lost family pet) but hasn't been reported to the dog warden.

- No news over the weekend but owner has asked if anyone would like to help today the area most helpful to walk would be the woods South West of Hardys Monument.

- Another day and still no sign of Bridie.
A drone has been used but with such a large area it is difficult to know where to start although one area identified as needing a more thorough search than there was time for this evening is the woodland alongside the river between Gorwell and Ashley Chase. - 2019-04-19 11:48 Poochpal - Regional Co-ordinator - South West - Police Liaison Team
- If anyone is available to help look for Bridie it would be great to concentrate on the Ashley Chase/Abbotsbury Hill area.
