- Evening all, Brace is still missing (since 18/04/19 from GU5 0TL). Just a quick update that we think she might have been seen last Wednesday (5th June), again on the Downslink, south of Bramley, so further towards Grafham. She must have found somewhere cosy to settle down and seems to pop up mid-week, before the weekend gets busy. With all of the rain we have had over the past few days, she has likely been taking shelter, which hopefully means that she will be out and about over the next few days looking for food. You guys have been amazing at keeping an eye out and if you see Brace, please call us with her exact location on 07941401275 / 078708230939.

- From Brace's FB page "Good evening everyone, thank you all for your continued support in the search to find our beloved Brace. We don't have much news at the moment and still haven't had any sightings since 1st May, so 21 days ago. We are still desperately hoping that Brace is out there and we continue to do whatever we can to find her. Any leads at all are a real help, so please do contact us on 07941 401275 (John) / 07870 823093 (Sophie) if you have any info or see / hear anything out of the ordinary that might help us to find her. We really hope to have some good news to share with you all soon x"

- From Sophie on FB ""STILL MISSING. Unfortunately our gorgeous young girl is still missing (since 18th April from GU5) and we have not had any sightings for 12 days (the last sighting in Bramley on). We had a hunch about where we thought she might be using as a base and set up a wildlife cam and feeding station but unfortunately we didn't see her over the weekend as we had hoped. Please, please keep looking and sharing far and wide! Until now, we have concentrated our search to the South East of the A281 but are now extending our search to the South West of the A281 to include Dunsfold, Hascombe, Winkworth Arboretum, Godalming, Farncombe. If any of you guys walk these areas regularly or know people in these areas, please could you ask them to keep an eye out for Brace - she is as small beagle and has a very distinctive pink and black spotty nose, which makes her different from most other beagles! If anyone sees Brace, do not call or chase her, please call Sophie (07870 823093) or John (07941 401275) straight away with an exact location.""

- From Brace's FB page "Day 17 of our girl Brace missing πππΎπΎ Hopefully, the busy Bank Holiday weekend (weather providing) will bring sightings with so many out and about!
If you see Brace, please DO NOT call, chase or try to catch her. Please contact Sophie (07870 823093) or John (07941 401275) ASAP with her location and time/direction she was headed π
Sophie Griffiths and John (owners) are working tirelessly to poster/door knock/spread awareness and doing an amazing job! They very much appreciate the love and support from all of you!
Now we just need sightings π - there are posters/pins/sleeves available at the Red Lion pub on Shamley Green! If anyone is available, please could you take a few to put up on footpaths, in pub gardens etc on your weekend walks/travels between Shamley Green and central Guildford this weekend π
Please keep sharing to keep Brace at the tops of feeds and have a wonderful weekend, Team Brace! β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ Thanks again for your continuing support " - 2019-05-02 23:23 Julie - Area Co-ordinator - Surrey & South London
- From Brace's FB page "Update 02/05/19: No sightings of Brace for a couple of days now. Last seen in Bramley where she seemed to have settled but is hiding out again. She may also have moved on and is making her way home in central Guildford.
if sighted, please let us know straight away. She will likely be very scared and skittish by now so please don’t call / chase or try to catch her. If you do see her, please note the exact time, location and which direction she was headed. A pin drop would be even better so we can find it.
All areas on this map need to be aware so posters going up would be greatly appreciated. Also, the Chantries in Guildford would be near home where she could potentially pop out.
To date, there have been sightings in Blackheath, Shalford, Wonersh, Shamley Green, and most recently Bramley - please keep looking out for her on walks etc and sharing to local groups to keep Brace at the top of the feeds. Thank you all once again for your amazing support!

LOST female Beagle dog in GUILFORD (Surrey)
Area: Westland Mews, Shamley Green, GU5
Named “Brace”. Neutered, chipped. Has pink and black spotty nose.

- From Brace's FB page "Update 30/04/19 Brace is STILL MISSING
The good news is that she’s been spotted several times in the last couple of days in the Bramley area and we’re working to get her safe.
We can’t give her exact location as it makes her too vulnerable and we need to keep from flooding the area and searching for herso she doesn’t feel hunted and goes to ground. Please continue to keep an eye out and keep sharing her details in case she moves on.
Thank you everyone for your continued support and vigilance and if you see Brace, please remember not to call, chase or approach, but call John or Sophie Griffiths with where, when, and which direction she was headed. If you can do a pin drop on a map, even better! She’s in survival mode now after 12 days and will be easily spooked.
These sightings are so important and the ones we’ve had so far are down to all of you so thank you so very much ! Let’s all keep working together to get this gorgeous girl home, where she belongs " - 2019-04-28 22:16 Julie - Area Co-ordinator - Surrey & South London
- From Brace's FB page "Hi Team Brace! πΎπΎ We are (fingers crossed) closing in on madam’s potential hiding place.
There have been several sightings so we remain hopeful that she is keeping herself safe. If anyone on this group living in (or knows anyone living in):
Shamley
Wonersh
Bramley
Shalford
Blackheath
Please post (ask if they could post) Brace’s details/poster on ‘Next Door’ or residents associations with the understanding that she is not to be called, chased, whistled at etc and to call any sighting in (in real time, if poss) with coordinates, time of sighting, direction she was headed to Sophie or John (owners)
She seems to be settling down so it’s crucial that people not go out searching for her as she will feel ‘hunted’ and potentially leave the area. Please feel free to keep putting up posters as we can never have too many and need more sightings.
You’re all AMAZING and your help is so greatly appreciated! Let’s all get this sweetie home where she belongs β€οΈ Thank you ππΎπΎ" - 2019-04-28 09:11 Julie - Area Co-ordinator - Surrey & South London
