- More information re location of where this girl was found:
Driver was travelling Northbound on the M25 just by J16 (M40) - he saw her on Southbound side of the road. By the time he got back to her she was behind a fence by the side of the road. She was taken to local vets and scanned, but chip not registered.

The member of the public found Paloma straying on the M25 in Uxbridge, West London and put her in his vehicle and travelled the long distance to Coatbridge. She was handed into the local police station and is now in the care of the Scottish SPCA. She is a very friendly girl and is in good health, the staff have named her Paloma.
The dog was originally thought to be a whippet but now confirmed as lurcher.

- Strange they can't narrow down where he found her - is it possible to find out where the microchip was implanted from its batch number? Might help narrow the search down a bit.

- Thanks for your comments. I have changed the region to South East but left the postcode area blank as the M25 covers several postcode areas and it is not known where she was picked up.

- Is it possible that the Lorry Driver DID Find Her nr the M25 in South East, then took her home with him to Scotland rather than leave Her straying & in danger of the traffic ?
I am not aware of M25 in Coatbridge - only the M8 .

- Deleted M25 and added motorway in name field. No idea about Scottish motorways being an Essex girl, only know M25 is around SE area.
