- Bitsy has been seen today (28th of April) behind the back houses of Adastral Road in corner by the docks x
I have advised on how to try and coax Bitsy as she is a very scared little girl and is running as soon as she is being seen - 2019-04-28 15:30 Sharon - Social Media Volunteer

- Have now tweeted photo, map and poster and hope that it will get plenty of local shares. The market would be. great place to hand out posters today - it's so close to the area where she might be hiding. Get people to taker a photo of the poster and save to their phones. Forgive mw if I am suggesting things you have already thought of, have you tried leafleting all the houses in Adastral Close? As she is scared and tiny I feel sure she will be sheltering under bushes close by to where she was last seen. She could have made her way through to one of the back gardens, crawled into a shed for some peace and quiet - if you ask all the neigbours to check any little nooks and crannies. I'm sure people will be only too happy to help you. So distressing that this has happened when visiting friends/family, I'm so sorry. Wish I was in Felixstowe this weekend I would be helping you. We live in London but have a beach hut there so come often. Paws crossed for little Bitsy. I've shared on Twitter and Instagram now with the photo/poster

- TAKEN FROM FACEBOOK
***Bitsy has now been gone for 7 days***
Bitsy is a golden coloured chihuahua who whilst staying at a family members got loose and ran away with her sister. The other little chihuahua was found straight away but unfortunately Bitsy is still out there somewhere.
She went missing from Adastral Close and was last sighted on Thursday afternoon at adastral close (sadly she was too quick for the lady to catch). She’s not normally a nasty dog but people need to understand she has been gone for a week now and will be very very scared if she is approached.
We are hoping that someone may have picked Bitsy up, taken her in and are enjoying her company too much to remember that she has a very loving family with two other chihuahua’s that are missing her like mad!
Please please help us find this little girl. - 2019-04-28 11:19 Jayne - Founder Doglost.

- I've done some more tweets this morning, hope owner has plenty of help on the ground locally, Get loads of posters up! There will be so many visitors to the area, I'm sure people will be happy to look out for her. There is a big market at that end on a Sunday too - all this noise and busy foot traffic is most likely to keep her in hiding - please check in all the seafront gardens under bushes etc. Paws crossed for Bitsy x

- There's also Landguard Fort in Felixstowe in Viewpoint road...it's a popular attraction - might be worth looking at or asking staff there?Last edited: 2019-04-27 20:38:27 by Carolynl

- Road name is Adastral Close IP11 2TP - close to Suffolk Sands Caravan Park and Martello Park, plus the Docks are very close, from memory I think a lot of the docks area is shut to the public on Saturdays [?] apart fro the museum and viewpoint cafe a bit further down. Check at Suffolk Sands under all the caravans, am sure owner of the caravan site would be happy to help out and would put posters up for you too. Then of course there is the promenade and beach. I know Felixstowe very well but live a long way I'm afraidl, hopefully it's not too busy today and you will be able to find Bitsy quickly, I'll share on twitter and Instagram now - add a photo when you get a moment too , best wishes, will check back later for news xLast edited: 2019-04-28 09:21:40 by .
