I’m really pleased to report that Obi has been caught and is safe x

Thats really good news, fingers tightly crossed :)
I will keep doing drives in the area, if lucky enough to spot him i will stay in vehicle and ring the numbers provided. We saw several people this afternoon who were searching as well which was very heartwarming.

Patch the Police tried to catch him on the day he went missing, haven’t heard that they were there tonight.
A man has kindly given us permission to leave food and bedding in his garden where he was seen tonight and plans are being put into place to place a trap in the garden once a feeding station has been established.

No sign during driving around there for an hour. Apparently he escaped police, what time and where exactly was that? Could do with more precision like nearest house numbers when sighted, is he walking or running, is he going in and out of drveways etc. Perhaps time to ask permission to put a trap with food somewhere at a junction of the roads he is being spotted on? Obi has been seen a few times this evening around the Borrow Road and Romany Road area, please keep a look out for him if you live in the area, he may well be hiding in your garden, if seen please contact the owner immediately x

Possible sighting of Obi in Romany Road today (6th of May)
If you do see him please do not call him or try to catch him as he is running scared, please contact the owner immediately x

Posters are up in the Borrow Road area and further a field, there have been people searching all around this area but sadly no further sightings of Obi.

It is essential that the people searching do a quiet search, no calling his name or whistling as he is unlikely to come to either.
The best advise would be if they do see him to ignore him and walk away but if they can follow from a distance so not to spook him and contact the owner immediately.

Would help to know which direction he was going on that road, one way goes to main roads, the other to the marshes and of course other roads either way plus the railway line all the way along there :/. Has the owner put any posters up around there? (no point duplicating)Last edited: 2019-05-05 22:35:52 by Patch

UPDATE 'Obi' is still missing and will be very hungry now. Could you PLEASE check your road and garden? Especially those in Oulton Broad, Normanston, Oulton and Lowestoft!
We don't know where little Obi currently is, however, he was seen on CCTV walking along Borrow Road, Oulton Broad this morning, but no further sightings since then!
