MISSING Watford, Hertfordshire. Phoebe was staying with her walker and got frightened and bolted. She’s been missing since 4.30pm from WD19 area. She is nervous nature so unlikely to come. She’s been sighted near WD19 but people unable to get hold of her as she’s too scared. We were away not due back till tomorrow, but we’re heading home now as can’t bear to not be back with this going on 😢 07904205733/ 07778967388 she is chipped. Please let us know if you see her.
