- Thanks for your offer of help. I will get the pictures sorted ASAP. I have been in touch with Stadhampton and they kindly put a poster up of TIP there for me. I tried the local radio stations, but unfortunately they are no longer able to offer help re broadcasting lost/stolen pets (Fox FM and Radio Oxford). I haven't written to the paper though. I did put up posters around the area - post offices, vets, along our usual walk routes and some caravan sites in the vicinity. Tip is traffic savvy and very friendly - I feel that it is most likely that she was taken by somebody.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- I must have missed this one when i was checking through the lost dogs pages when freddie went missing, I've got friends who live near Cumnor do you have any poster's of pip as they say they haven't seen any about. Have her owner's written to the local paper (The Oxford mail) or the local radio station (Fox fm) as these would be worth trying, I'm sorry i wasn't of any help sooner. :-(Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Hia, Is there a poster of Pip? I've still got lots of pals between Oxford and Witney (unfortunately related to oodles of people too :-) !!!! so something like that would really help. There is a rescue place at Stadhampton which is really worth visiting rather than just ringing to check. They are unlikely to have chip reading equiptment- well when I was last, years ago. There is a lady called Kit Berry who is wonderful from RAIN - Rescue for Animals In Need who may be able to help. Her number is in the book- she lives in Headington. The RSPCA kennels are worth calling in to view too- they were in Bletchingdon but there was some talk of moving elsewhere as people who came to view RSPCA dogs were encouraged to have one of their ones who didn't make the grade. Sorry this is all coming so late after Pip went missing but as a new helper- reunited with my own dog, I thought I'd read through the "Lost Dogs". Is Pip traffic savvy?
