- I will add that lcdh are the holding Kennels for West lancs Council. Any owner claiming dogs go through the council. Therefore it is the councils decision on releasing a dog not the holding Kennels. Lcdh will realise if the correct paper work is given by the council

URGENT DO YOU KNOW SOMEONE BY THE NAME OF TAYLOR WHO BOUGHT A SPRINGER SPANIEL PUPPY IN SPRING LAST YEAR?
This dog is named Truely Scrumptious and was bought from a breeder in Lancashire, she was born in January 2018. Sadly the tel number is no longer working and the chip details not updated. She will be rehomed after 7 days. Leigh Dogs home will not let her go back to the breeder even though it is her details on the chip.. 😩 - 2019-06-19 00:04 CopperM
